Dear Faculty and Staff
As we g to print this year’s football program, we would like to offer you the opportunity to have your name listed on our patron page in support of our Varsity, Junior Varsity and Middle School Football players.
For the cost of $10.00 we will add you and/or your family’s name with a short note to the players. With your contribution, this adds a tremendous lift to our players to know that you are supporting them this season.
Simply check “Yes” on this page, tell me how you want your name listed along with a short note to the players, and return it to my mailbox. We will go to the printers soon, so please return it to me as soon as you can.
You may pay us as it is convenient for you. We would love to have 100% participation and we continue to thank you for all of your support.
